Winter Wedding
Another Winter wedding photograph by Devon wedding photographer Nick Williams. For this wedding photograph I wanted to capture the mood of the scene. As you can see it is taken in the grounds of a castle where the couple got married. I could have just set the camera to auto and taken the picture. It would look ok but I do not settle for Ok I want wow!. So I set the camera to under expose the sky to ensure I retained the detail in the clouds. After posing the couple I set up a flash off the camera to the right. This makes the light from the flash look both more natural whilst adding drama to the image. A little bit of work in photoshop and this is the final result. I love the lamp which completes the scene.
